There was a big win for Jakob Goodman (Millfield, 3:46.66) in the Mens 400m Freestyle. He led throughout and smashed the 3:52.63 time he set last December in the Ontario Junior International, taking the 2018 title ahead of distance specialist Stephen Milne (Perth City, 3:49.46) and Craig McLean (Uni Of Stirling, 3:49.47).

Lucy Hope (Edinburgh Uni, 27.02) beat Cassie Wild (Uni Of Stirling, 27.28) to the Women's 50m Backstroke gold. Emma Harvey (Millfield, 28.44) came fourth and OM Isabel Jones, now Uni Of Stirling, 28.80) sixth.

Freya Anderson (Ellesmere Coll, 52.92) also eclipsed an Ontario pb by 0.21s to win the Women's 100m Freestyle  ahead of Hope (53.91).

There was also plenty of Millfield interest in the Men's 50m Freestyle. OM Zak Aitchison (Uni Of Stirling, 22.72) successively beat his 2016 23.88 mark, improving 0.08s on his heat swim for an 8th place in the A Final won by Jack Thorpe (Edinburgh Uni, 21.63).

Hamish Skillman (23.52) was a reserve for the B Final in which Marcus Rogers (23.20) shaved 0.04s off his heat time to finish in fourth place.

Aimee Willmott (Uni Of Stirling, 2:10.10) beat Freya Anderson (Ellesmere Coll, 2:11.91) to the Womens 200m Individual Medley title in the A Final.

Duncan Scott (Uni Of Stirling, 52.10) maintained a narrow lead over team mate Scot McLay (52.15) to take the Men's 100m Butterfly title. Fastest qualifier Jacob Peters (Poole , 52.66) secured third place. Zak Aitchison (Uni Of Stirling, 54.92) also bettered his 55.07 BUCS Short Course Swimming Championships November swim to finish third in the B Final.

Scott (53.21) also added gold in the men's 100m Individual Medley in which he broke the Scottish Record. There was also a B Final win for Thomas Tsiopanis (now Edinburgh Uni, 56.73).

Millfield 'A' also entered the Men's 4x50m Medley Relay (1:49.55) finishing 12th overall.

Gold and silver in the Women's 100m Breaststroke A Final went to Katie Robertson (Sth Ayrshire, 1:06.71) and Annabel Guye-Johnson (Edinburgh Uni, 1:08.59).

Ross Murdoch (Uni Of Stirling, 26.34) broke the Scottish record twice and beat team mate Craig Benson (26.89) to the Men's 50m Breaststroke title.

Winner of the Mens 200m Backstroke A Final gold by 4.06s was Craig McNally (Co Glasgow, 1:54.01).

Keanna MacInnes (Uni Of Stirling, 2:07.21) was crowned Womens 200m Butterfly champion after setting a Scottish record..

Open water swimmer Danielle Huskisson (Uni Of Stirling, 8:34.77) enjoyed a 4.09s margin of victory in the Women's 800m Freestyle event.
