Description | Outstanding IoS Programme Leader and Swim England Tutor, Stuart shares his tips to help you ace your lesson delivery and swimmer development. When using single-arm front crawl drills, make sure the position of the float doesn't cause their fingertips to enter the water wide. Your swimmers can hold the float with their fingers and thumb, allowing their hand to enter the water in line with their head. This creates a streamlined position so they can pull back in a straight line. |
