|Description||We understand that not all clubs have the time or space to have designated pre pool and post pool sessions. However the vast majority of the exercises required to undertake a pre pool and pool session don't require equipment (or very little) and don't often need lots of space. Two short videos show you some useful exercises that can be completed before and after training sessions. This video shows the 'essentials', if you only have very limited time and space. The second is an 'advanced' set of exercises that take 10-15 minutes to complete. We firmly believe that doing something is better than nothing, therefore even if you only can find five minutes before and after this session, this will help reduce injury risk, improve your session performance and recovery and allow you to remain flexibile as you grow and develop.
