‘Join the Movement’ Good Mental Wellbeing Webinars

Thanks to both Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and Local Authority support, Wesport have been able to develop webinars for the general population focusing on the positive impact physical activity can have on improving our mental wellbeing.

Wesport will be hosting 2 different webinars via Zoom:

Wednesday 25 November 2020 – focusing on older adults
Thursday 26 November 2020 – open to all

‘Join the Movement’ Good Mental Wellbeing – older adults

If you wish to find out how staying active can help boost your mental wellbeing, then sign up for this webinar. Join the Movement is a national campaign helping us all find ways to stay active during this time. This webinar will specifically focus on the challenges some older adults may be experiencing due to the restrictions and will offer guidance and share tips on how to stay active safely.
