Cerys Coley (Bath Uni, 1:10.45) won the Women's 100m Breaststroke Super Final by 0.73s.
A silver winning performance by Misty Marshall-Welling (Team Bath AS, 4:20.18) in the 15 Yrs & Over 400m Freestyle was just 0.02s off gold won by Alicia Dingle (Royal Wolverhampton).
Marshall-Welling also enjoyed lowering her 50m Freestyle 27.14 pb set at Millfield School & Street SC TYR Meet down to 26.70 in the prelims and to 26.24 for a bronze in the Super Final.
Ffion Rees (Millfield, 1:09.57) finished seventh in the 15-16 Yrs 100m Backstroke final having earlier set a new 1:08.70 pb beating the mark she set at the Team Bath AS Autumn Meet by 1.2s.
Ian Lauritzen (Millfield) lowered his 30.24 set in October's Millfield School & Street's SC TYR meet to 29.93 and then 29.83 in the 50m Breaststroke Super Final.
Lucas Lawman (Team Bath AS) continued to progress, despatching his 50m Breaststroke 32.81 regional winter championships pb to history first to 32.08 and then to 31.40 for a third place finish in the 15-16 Yrs final.
Lawman finished 5th in the Men 15 & Over 400m IM (4:38.18).
In December 2017 Ioan Evans produced a 1:51.47 200m Freestyle pb at City of Bristol's Christmas Cracker Meet. His progress continued with a 1:50.39 heat swim and fourth place 1:49.21 finish in the Super Final.
