Bursary Funding!
Somerset ASA is pleased to contribute to bursaries which support development.
Funding is available for ASA / UKCC Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 Teacher and Coach Education Courses for all disciplines by submitting Swim England South West's application form to our nominated County Officer, Colin Christmas (and remember to copy in the Regional Finance Officer) . Please indicate on the form in which year you completed a Somerset ASA Young Volunteer Program if you wish to be considered for an additional £50 County bursary for those who did so. Please get in touch with Colin (contact details) should you require assistance.

Development Funding is available to individual clubs from all disciplines but priority will be given to Artistic Swimming, Water Polo, Open Water and Masters.

What would help develop your club network?
Network Funding is available to Somerset affiliated clubs who work together to provide development opportunities for their swimmers and/or volunteers.
To apply for funding, complete the Network Development Funding Application Form (published 2 July 2018) outlining what you would like to achieve.

SASP covers the administrative County of Somerset whilst WESPORT covers the Districts of Bath and North East Somerset and North Somerset.
