Total Swimming are proud to announce their 2010 All Star Days. They have built on their successful All Star Tours from 2008 and 2009 and added the highest profile athletes in Britain today to make them even more dynamic, inspirational and exciting!

Total Swimming are passionate about developing all swimmers' talent, at any level, in and around the UK. Total Swimming All Star Days ambition is to inspire, motivate and encourage swimmers to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.

Swimming is one of the toughest sports in the world both in training and competition. So they will give all the tips, skills and drills to make the journey enjoyable and rewarding, with International Coaches, Olympic Athletes and Sporting Professionals on hand to help swimmers smash their PBs and be the best they can be in and out of the pool.

The focus of the two day event is on fine tuning technical skills, and developing an understanding of the attitude, skills and approach athletes need to be successful. After swimming with an Olympic Superstar and having access to the top professionals in the sport, everyone will get the opportunity to improve their skills and pick up tips to take home and share with their club.

- For all swimmers age 9-15.
- There are 10 events taking place nationwide in 2010.
