Swimfit Shape Up and Tone

Designed for those who are looking to bring about some changes in the way they look and is probably being used as part of a weight management programme. This may be to maintain your current weight but to achieve your goals you should aim to swim 2/3 times per week. You will probably be comfortable swimming two of the four strokes, or possibly three. If you find that you would like to increase the time spent swimming and /or the intensity why not take a look at the Fitness sessions.
