Swim England, based in Loughborough, has an exciting opportunity working within the Insight and Partnerships department. Swim England are seeking two srategic partnership managers to join the team on a fixed term basis covering maternity leave, working from home with national travel. The two successful candidates will develop and strengthen strategic and mutually-beneficial partnerships with identified aquatic and non-aquatic stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will also provide consultancy support to identified stakeholders, implementing solutions to their business needs.

The successful candidate must have:
  • an understanding of the aquatics, leisure and sport development industry
  • commercial acumen
  • an understanding of national and local authority agendas
  • the ability to travel frequently.
